I've had this tank about 8 months now and have had this algae problem for quite awhile. I've been trying to wait it out for coraline to take over thinking it's just normal brown hair algae but now I'm thinking it's something else. It's on sand, rocks, and I regularly scrap it off the glass. (It looks more brown in person than on the camera)

nitrates <5pmm
Phosphates are 0 or undetected

Its literally all over sand and all rocks and surfaces.

I updated the pictures under just White lighting! It's definitely primarily brownish color maybe a slight redish tinge like rust. I don't think it's cyano. I think it's Dino or diatomes I just don't know
