Have this reddish, brown hair like algae growing on some of my rocks. Looks thick in some places, but when you go to pull it, it has no mass, hard to pull because it’s slick, or slipper, and slides right thru your fingers. Kinda like trying to pull greasy string, just hard to get traction .

I put a sea hare in 2 weeks ago , and snails and urchins in about a week ago (Halloween urchin, two pincushiions) and yesterday I got 2 tuxedos. So far, have not touched it (at least the thicker places I’d like them to)

when I do get good leverage to pull algae by hand, a few strands will come. It’s a 150 gallon tank, many tangs and 3 rabbits fish.

Thank you
