AI Prime help!

Hello All, I have 2 Ai Prime hd which i bought from a fellow reefer. Ive been running them for a few months. i came to look at my tank today and the ai prime on the left, only 1 led is on. the other led is on perfect. I don’t know what to do. I reset it, removed and added back to my app and its still not working. Any ideas?

i took the cover off and unplugged this plug and plugged it back in. when i plug it in, all leds come on then it goes to the 1 as shown in the picture

Id contact AI dude. Try pairing them seperate if you haven’t just to fault find. Could be a faulty driver.
