AI Prime 16hd error message, don’t want to lose current presets. What should I do?

I was in the ai prime app and, I’m not totally sure why, but whenever I go into the lighting tab this error message pops up. I read this message a million times and I’m confused on which, Reload or Save, I should select so I don’t lose my current settings. Never seen this message before. Any help is appreciated!!

I recommend that you take screenshots of the entire schedule per hour and so when you touch any of the 2 options you see if it is the same or something has changed, and if so you fix it by looking at the photos, I would save
