Ai Prime 16 HD Reef Failure or glitch how to solve please help

I have Ai Prime 16 HD Reef. I have it connected through the app but suddenly it stopped working when i am opening the app always there is error (BLE not connected) and indicator lights are completely off but one blue light is flickering again and again i am going to attach a video. I am unable to do hard reset that button is also not working anymore . Can anyone help please?​
