I have 3 ai hydra 32s and they all don’t want to seem to connect at the same time. I have tried holding the buttons and unplugging/plugging back in while holding method. I’ve tried doing the multiple tanks in the app. I’ve tried connecting them one by one and all at once. I’ve restarted my phone. Deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve contacted support and they have told me to do everything I’ve tried. Still waiting for a response back but I wanted to see if anyone else has any other ideas.

so basically they all are able to connect to my phone but they all don’t want to work at the same time.

Thank you!

Try downloading the Mobius app and using that instead of MyAI.
Just tried it. First time it connected 2. Made a 2nd tank and it connected the 3rd. Deleted the tanks. Went to try all 3 again and only 1 connected this time. I might just have to settle with having 2 or 3 tanks… it’s discouraging at this point..

I know I've occasionally had issues in the past with changes made to my Radions not taking effect across all 4 lights, having to remove the affected light, re-add, etc. - so I really think it's a software issue with Bluetooth in trying to manage these lights vs. WiFi (which they could, as they have the chip embedded already).
