AI blade coral growth light

Hello everyone sorry to bother w questions since I’m new and trying to learn from the people that have been doing this for a while I just bought the AI blade light 6 days ago when I got my 20g tank and I just wanted to know do you guys have any setting suggestions for the light levels etc??? I have it off for the moment cause I don’t have coral or anything and I don’t have bases to lift the light I have it on the lid which is one of the options to place it if not available extra brackets to lift it any help or advise would be highly appreciated

Since it looks like you have some rocks with coraline algae you should run at least the blues some. if you don't have any fish or anything to look at yet then you can leave the whites completely off (though it won't look the prettiest) to prevent algae growth.
