I have a new leather coral frag (sinularia) and it was starting do droop over enough that it was pulling off the plug. I straightened it up and put something behind it to hold it upright. When I straightened it up a milky cloud came out for about 20 seconds. Not a slime, more like a liquid. It started to come out of the cut area and disperse. It's only a 13 gal. tank. Am I in trouble?

No idea, but if you are worried, you can fluidise activated carbon or filter your water passively through a bag of activated carbon to adsorb any chemicals given out by the coral.
I put a big bag in immediately afterwards. Thanks

Mine did that. I have a huge one that I was trying to frag and it did that when I pulled it off the rocks.

Didn't really notice any harm or change in params - or maybe that's just bc my tank is pretty mature that any impact was absorbed by the biodiversity?

Running some carbon won't hurt. Maybe just monitor your no3 for the next couple day or so..
