Hey all, for everyone that has done a floating aquascape before, what kind of adhesive did you use to mount your acrylic shelf to the back glass???

I used an aquarium safe silicone sealant on mine, let it cure for about 48hrs and it looked solid but after I stared gluing and mounting rocks to it, I woke up this morning to see it sitting at the bottom of the tank.

Any help would be appreciated

I used magnets as stated above. I got mine from Octo Aquatics, google their website if interested. The magnet itself isn't reef safe but it's housed in super thick acrylic so unless you damage it there won't be any issues. Then I used JB Water Weld to secure the magnet to the rock.
