Add water to quarantine tank?

How do I top off my 10g quarantine throughout the weeks using it? I added my display tank water and I thought I heard somewhere that I top it off with it as well, but wouldn't that increase my salinity?

Just test salinity everyday and add rodi water as necessary!

Awesome thanks for the help! Any of you know or suggest a better temp than 78 to keep two clowns in a 10g quarantine? Lower?

You could invest in a cheap auto top off system , I have a 10 gallon jerry can filled with rodi that get pumped in too my display tank ..
