As the lights dimmed and turned off I noted 6-10 of these worm start to come out of my live rock. Over the last few days I had 2 Acropora de- polp. I have checked my water parameters an all are good.

Looks like a common bristle worm. These detritivores are common in marine aquariums and are part of a healthy ecosystem. Try not to touch them as their bristles will painfully break off in your skin.
What do you mean by Acropora de- polp?
I had 2 Acropora frags and in one day all the color and polps left the skeleton structure (turned all white)
