Accidentally spilt rubbing alcohol in the tank!

Hey all, I was using some rubbing alcohol to clean out my ATO tubing, and forgot to flush it out before turning the ATO back on. As soon as it started pumping into the tank the water it the back chamber turned cloudy.


Im hoping this is some kind of precipitation?!?!

Any advice?

I just added a Magnifica anemone so I am really worried about it being affected

I was able to turn the return pump off before any of it made it to the main tank.

A good start would be trying to siphon it back out of the return

Not any concern. It’s an ingredient in NOPOX. At worst you may see some bacteria grow.
