It is very thin but I bought a 36x24 sheet of Kydex on amazon for around $20 or $30. And it can be glued together with superglue if you don't mind a seam. It can be heated formed and keeps shape when cooled.
You can also search for FRP in black. Our PO does not carry black, only white, but can get black
Yes it has a wrinkled surface on both sides. One side is matte the other gloss. The stuff I bought was thin enough to roll up.Is Kydex textured?
Just a thought, but what about clear... and some limo black tint.
Am I missing what the use is? I didn't think this was going in the water. If it is, then definitely don't do that lol. Adhesive on the tint would be worse than the soap.Is that even safe? I actually was thinking that but isn’t the method of adding tint is using a soap like substance to place it on
Anything wrong with that other than the glossy - ness? Why not just sand down with an orbital sander and the right grit to get the look your looking for?I can buy glossy black acrylic sheet but isn’t what I was planning.
Since its going in the tank I know what you need . Its called starboard. You want textured in black. Here are some examplesYea looking to add on to the bottom glass
