I just bought this and need to know how to set it up. What are those 2 holes near at the bottom? I'm pretty sure thats for out flow and inflow. Can y'all help me build this please

The blocked off section is called the overflow. The slightly bigger hole will be the drain and other one is for the return. Did the seller not include any plumbing parts?
