How much dry rock do I want for 90 gallons, as I currently have 103 lbs but if you go the 1.5x volume I’m looking at another 35 lbs or is this to much. Plan on doing a nsa, even though I never have before!

I think you've got plenty to start with especially with a NSA scape. You can always order another box if you're short once you get into design and assembly mode.
