90 Gallon Setup

I am considering downsizing from my 90 gallon to a biocube with softies as my free time is becoming more and more scarce. I'm nervous about keeping up to the demands of my current tank. I have been offered $2,500 for the entire setup as it sits. Is this a fair offer? Thanks in advance!
