Hello everyone. I started my first saltwater tank this year and wanted to run my future stocking list past you guys for advice. It will be going mostly fish only with 1- 2 RBTA. It currently has 80lbs of live sand and 50-60 lbs of dry rock. I do weekly 15 gallon water changes. And I run 2 Fluval FX4 canister filters.

I'd like my future stock to be:
2 Peppermint Shrimp
2 Fire Cleaner Shrimp
2 Skunk Cleaner Shrimp
2 Mocha Clownfish (pair)
1 Firefish
1 Purple Firefish
1 Royal Gramma
1 Midas Blenny
1 Diamondback Goby
1 Yellow Watchman Goby
1 Tiger Pistol Shrimp

I'd like 1 center piece fish for the tank like a tang. Is that doable or some fish that really move around like lyretail anyhias (1 male, 2 females)

Is this overstocked and if so what do you guys recommend? I'd really like movement and bright colors.

I saw them but their colors seem kind of drab. Anything else possible with bright colors?
Tomini's close cousins C. truncatus or C. flavicauda.

Will dwarf angels bother an anemone if I get one later?
It's likely to be okay if you avoid certain ones. Flame and coral beauty are reasonably safe bets.

White tail bristletooth is reasonable colored. One spot foxface as well. You can also look into the wrasse family. Flasher wrasses have great color, drop the midas and get a yellow coris. Leopard wrasse adds a pop.

It is controversial but, a small purple or yellow tang is borderline

Will dwarf angels bother an anemone if I get one later?

Depends. Some are riskier than others. A flame angel, flameback, wantenabei, rusty, and cherub and such are low to no risk. Coral beauty fish might nip but they are on the less likely end compared to angels that are sure to do so.

Just want to confirm that anenomes don't count as coral, correct? Those should be fine with the angel and tang?
I've had 2 (maybe 3) different flame angels in my reefs since I started the hobby about 18 years ago, and have kept them for years at a time. I never saw either one do any damage to coral. Oddly enough, I did have to get rid of a kole tang for eating candycanes once.

I never keep anemones, so IDK.

@OrionN keeps flame angels and anemones together, I think.

I really like the Flame angel. Would a flame angel and a Tomini tang work with the rest of the fish list or would that be pushing the limit?
I have a similar tank, 75 gallon With
1 Tomini tang
1 coral beauty
2 Spotcinctus clowns
2 firefish
1 tailspot blenny
2 mollies
1 sixline wrasse
1 Yasha goby(haven’t seen it since the first week)
3 azure damsels
1 Bubble tip anemone
1 coral banded shrimp

at this point I will add one more small sand sifting goby to work the sand since the Yasha is no where to be seen. It seems like alot for the tank but they each have their space and sleeping area and so far I have no issues. The wrasse and damsels were added last. The tang and coral beauty are very active . I debated on the flame instead but read n a few places the coral beauty was the safer choice but who knows .

With the firefish, if youre going to do two it has to be a male and female otherwise there will be issues. Some people have commented on tangs for this size tank, but if you want a showy active fish you could look into dwarf angels! Beautiful fish
