MaxSpec 1-month old light (won a Kissel light so I’m including this. This light was $375 new and used for only a month at 30%. Can be used a fuge light or resold.

Newer (less than 6 months old) Bashea Sump, all plumbing, & Protein Skimmer (unsure of the brand, but it works great, does need a little cleaning)
60 lbs of Dry Rock
20 lbs of live sand (upgraded to a bigger tank and bought too many, but you’ll probably need another bag or two)
