1. I have the original packaging and all factory included components
2. I purchased the lights shortly after they were released
3. All lights were run at 50% or less, but mostly at 40%
4. The trim is not cracked, as I already replaced it on all lights
5. I will NOT sell them for $400 each
6. Price is firm unless I sell multiple items to the same person
