May be a silly question, but they do come with the power supply things and everything? The only thing they don’t come with are the “L” mounts, correct?

Correct they come with the power cords. I had them mounted to my canopy with the 3d printed brackets. The brackets are the only "mounting" hardware these 4 come with.
