3XL 900 New Build

Hi Everyone. My name is Matt. I have been reefing for 23 years (wow I am old!). Anyway, I have followed all blogs throughout my time, and now I thought I should make one of my own.
We bought a new home. I currently have a 725XL reefer, but we figured the easiest way to move the tank was to just buy a new one and move the corals/fish into the new one. So here we go....

Updates: still filling up the tank. Should be done shortly. Then going to put a heater in and heat to 78.5 degrees. Check salinity. Target goal is 35. I use instant ocean from the beginning and then adjust alk. I run the triton and my alk goal is 11. pH goal is 8.2.
still moving in to the new place.

I just got the sump shipped to me yesterday. Honestly, I always heard great things about the customer service and responsiveness... it was OK... it wasn’t good and it wasn’t bad.... maybe it is just bc of COVID, recent weather issues etc.
But I have the sump in and will be moving things over and posting pics!
