@Randy Holmes-Farley
I checked my Salinity with my Red Sea Refractometer and calibrated it with RODI water.

Now I see my salinity is at 1.020

How would you raise the salinity?
Should I just put saltwater (I use tropic marine pro reef) into my ATO? If yes, how much?

It is a 20gallon nano tank with only snails and a cleaner shrimp and mostly SPS.

Maybe this is also the cause that my Alk sky rocket by adding AFR lately…

I'd replace evaporated water with your new salt water until you get to your target. :)

It should not alter the alk in a way that makes it high.
