Are they in good condition with very little use?

Yes they are very little use pairing and with my T5 on 75 gallons tank only run at 40% max everyday during 3 hrs peak time and they at 455 par already if i go higher they'll burn my SPS. Lights ram up and down 2 hours up from 0% to 40% and 2 hour down 40% to 0% total 7 hrs use most the time they just sit collecting dust.
