Can anyone tell me what these spots are on my angelfish, it's only on the top fin. And how do I treat it?

This appears to be bacterial or damage to the fin
Raise temperature to 80 and add epsom salt at 1 teaspoon per 10 gallons
If it worsens, treat with Maracyn 2

I have other fish in my aquarium, 2 angelfish, redtail shark and pleco. Will this treatment harm them
