2 part dosing - help

Hello Randy,
i wanted to ask you about your #2 2Part, since it is in cups and Gallons. i want to make the mix in 2 Liter container i do not have a better opition.
how can i do it exactly to have the mixed balanced. and the part of the magnesium how much grams to mix?
i am attaching 2 pictures for what i found for powders.
for the Ca part it comes out 132g in 2 Liter RODI, is it right? and should i do the same for the alk Part(SodiumBiCarbonate)?, the part of the magnesium i have no idea how much in grams should i do!
i am confused about the powders i have, i do not know if i can use them with your recipe or should i search for something else.
i have used before (advised from friend ) a recipe in other website, it throws my ca high and struggled with alk until i found out that Ca is 450 in place of 417, and alk got down to 5.3 and dose a lot of alk until i thought it is impossible to dose 350Ml daily 2 part and never get alk up i couldnt reach 7.
my tank is with 13 SPS frags a little LPS and zoas. it look great untill now without ill symptoms! polypextension is there.
yesterday i corrected only with alk to 8.2' stopped dosing pump. today i will check consumption but i want to be sure what i newly mixing to be right and balanced.

I use these recipes but dose them all separately.

You are correct on the Ca, 132.1g into 2L. The alk part is 156.94g into 2L.

And yes there is no grams listed for the mg part.

thank you for your answer, but when i tip these numbers in http://reef.diesyst.com/chemcalc/chemcalc.html
to see if these mixes are balanced, it comes out a big difference between them.
i am not chemist, but still see it not logical :S.

Im not following, big difference in ppm that it will increase each? The solution will raise them both in balanced amounts but not in equal amounts.

i have tried to do that.
it seems balanced but not with 132.1 ca, with 140.
