I added a pair of Mocha Vinci clowns a few days ago and they’ve both found my RBTA. One clown is slightly bigger and has taken the lead on running things. She’s very territorial over the nem and won’t let the other clown near it. The second clown is looking to host. Should I add a second nem? Would the female become territorial over than nem too?

What you are describing is normal clownfish behavior. While you could add another anemone, it is not necessary. Aggression and dominance, especially from the larger female toward the male, is normal and part of the way that they are wired. Good luck with whatever you choose!
