I am breaking down a 180 I set up three months ago due to an unexpected move from Florida to Wisconsin. I am super-bummed about selling this stuff off but I have to do it. I am located in South Florida. Everything is practically new except lights, UV and sump which had 9 months-years use beforehand. If you are interested in buying the majority of the items please let me know. The plumbing and details of the build were done properly; if your local and thinking about taking a dive into a larger tanks, this is solid deal. I also have a ton of lps/sps coral and fish that are less than a month old that need to go with it, if interested. This thing is still running so I won't be breaking down overnight unless I find someone local to buy tank/stand.

That is a gracious offer, thank you. I am actually most likely moving to Milwaukee Problem is I will likely be renting for a year or two before buying another home. I am not particularly interested in setting up a 180 just to break it down again. I'll probably downgrade for a year or two and then get an even bigger tank, wife willing However, if you have some space in an sps frag tank we might be able to work out a frag exchange deal. Well I have 4 tanks my 40 frag tank that I just started up a couple months ago, my 65 mixed reef, my wifes 29 biocube with mainly lps, and my son's 20 with just 1 big leather... so I don't have an actual sps frag tank... I'm more a lps guy I have 1 stick and a decent sized monti... and the best place around in milwaukee is called best fish. They are the go to for pricing and even selection.

It's Uhhhhh milwaukee.. lol I stay in south milwaukee (suburbs) but still milwaukee county.. It depends on where you plan on living really like what city I mean there is always something to do here but I usually stay away from downtown because we have a lot of crazies that live here and there is always multiple shootings every night. And how much for the sps' s... I have a friend in the hobby as well that wants more sticks so if I'm not interested in a certain 1 she may be.

Eekk.. I will hopefully be entering a program at UW-Milwaukee, so somewhere not too far from there. I would be willing to give 10 mini colonies to someone who would be able to frag a decent piece of them and give to me when I get there. They keep the colony and pay shipping, I get the frag. I would also ask that they hold a couple frags for me which they may take a small frag from before returning to me. It would be a pretty sweet deal for someone who has the room.

About how quickly would this take place... my only concern is something dies... it happens and I don't want to be, I guess held responsible... I'm obviously not gonna kill it... but sometimes the water chemistry will tick them off. So I mean if your ok with it I will gladly reposition my frag or main tank... the frag has a 250 watt. Mh with 96 watt actinic 420/450nm and the main tank has 2 165 watt aquamana leds 100% blue and like 40% white/full spec. So you have an option of which light you want them under... and UWM isn't to bad... how old are you BTW

I would want to do it pretty shortly. Do you dose regularly? MH tend to be better for growth, I think. But either ahold be fine. Of course, things may die. I would just hope that not everything. And I hope even more not my favorite things. I am 33; headed there for Phd program.

Yes, it as all schedule 80. I had plans to make this a proper OCD build, but the move got in the way. No I am downgrading to a red sea reef 250. I am glad to head there is a strong reef society up there. I will join as soon as I get up there. I am glad to have been introduced to you and mk4man. Perhaps I will meet you down the road; we can swap some frags when I get settled in.

Well being that it's a mixed I don't dose on the regular and I have 2 dosing pumps that are just laying around brand new never hooked up :/... I watch the levels though and dose according when they hit the lower side... prob. Not what you wanted to hear but just being up front.. It works for me and I get growth.. I mean I obviously would start paying more attention since it's your stuff... or I can pay you for a frag and cut you a pc. When you get here... it's up to you. Just wanna be up front

Yes. All threaded/union so that it can be changed easily. I had some leaks at first but simply tightened the leaky fittings and they are all dry now. It was a pain in the butt though!

It is cool. Makes me feel pretty good about moving up there. Although I heard it's a tad bit colder than Boca Raton :/

Cold... Try living in Maine! Lol its summer and most days we only get up to 78-80 (witch is fine with me) but almost every night this "summer" it's been in the 50's and one night last week it got down into the upper 40's! That's a good old Maine summer for ya....[emoji12]
