"This is a problem solving test. I'm going to hold up a picture, and you tell me how you would fix the situation."

"Take your time, but remember, the longer you wait, the worse the problem gets."

Tell me about a time where you had to move a large tank. Who did you reach out to? What were some of the tools you used to accomplish the task? And how did it turn out?

Ps this is a great idea.

I like this one. It's a good "Can I rely on you or not?" question without asking.

What do you think of this guy bro? Any names?....
20230904_201947.jpg

Was sold as an acan but not sure at this point if it is tbh
Definitely looks Favia or it could be an Acan Echinata. Micromussa is another definite possibility as is Bowerbanki except the polyps are small for Bower.

I'm thinking more Acan Echinata except the polyps on Echinata are typically connected on the edges (with some exceptions) or a possible smaller polyped Bowerbanki.

hang your R2R light behind you in the interview room! :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:
I still need to figure out how I'm going to hang it... it has two little dimples for screws so I'll probably do a wire hanging kit for pictures or something.

And a ParlaNoz!

I've gotta notch the prototype for the cord and then we'll be in business!

Thanks @Stang67 and @Projects with Sam !

Also also, ordered another batch of Phosphate ULR and Alkalinity reagents for the Hanna. Still have Phosphates but don't want to run out. Still have Salifert for the Alk but ran out of Hanna. It's always nice to have two in case of those oddball test results.

Ended up at work late, got home and found some Aiptasia - 3 - so I shut off the flow and kalked them since the Filefish is in timeout. Took advantage of the flow off.

Wow Tim. The tank looks great!!!

Been a while since I checked in on this thread.. 100 pages or so.. so please forgive me if I miised whats been happening.

Mine is an aiptasia farm mostly. I have added 15 Berghia nudibranchs to the tank a couple months ago but they are barely making a dent in the outbreak.

The Gonis and aleveaporas look fantastic.. All of mine have died sigh

I've lost several Gonis and Acros. My Pink Alveopora is hanging in but I moved it in case the bigger Alves were stinging it.

Lately a lot of my thread is shenanigans. It's fun. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Sorry to hear that. :angry-face: I got a good Filefish that took care of my Aiptasia and then started nipping Micros and Favias so I fuged him.
