Hi I'm looking to sell my livestock in my tank Please DM to make offers. Everything is available I'm trying to sell my house so everything is available. I will Mark Thinks as sold as they sell.
This batch arrived Feb 28 2024. They stayed at my LFS for about a month being fed and fattened up a bit while they figured out how to be yellow tangs. I don't have pictures but I would say that the change from them to now is minimal. And now, without further adieu

Hello!
I’m super excited to show off my 108 gallon fiji cube tank as it grows!
It has been up and running for roughly 6 months now and currently houses 2 clowns (1 black ice and 1 regular ocellaris) from my LFS, tons of live rock (not sure on the exact number of lbs. I ended up actually using...
hello everyone!
My name is Mia and I am new to the hobby from Minnesota! I first began my saltwater journey about 1.5 years ago, and after MANY obstacles and roadblocks along the way, my 108 gallon fiji cube tank is finally complete (until I add more fancy equipment in the future!)
I currently...
I just introduced four anthias two days ago. Although I didn't notice any aggression from them, my yellow tang started hiding all the time and not really eating anything. What should I do about that?
Hi Reefers,
I purchased a Biota Yellow Tang from a LFS and within 7 hours the fish was dead. It was in a tank at the LFS with several other yellow tangs and a few other smaller fish. I brought the fish home; drip acclimated for 30 minutes, and it went into my acclimation box so my residents can...

Hello R2R,
I just got this Biota Yellow Tang delivered yesterday and noticed right out of the bag that it had some fin damage. The dorsal and pelvic fins seem to be mostly affected as it looks to be a lot more transparent and a little lighter in color than the rest of the fins and the spines...
Looking for tips and advise please.
If you have added a Biota yellow tang or and much smaller tang to a tank with another larger tang how did it go?
I currently have a 2 year old 150 (60"x25"x25") tank with 2 full grown percula clownfish and a 5" +/- sailfin tang. Sailfin is very shy and...
NOT 175 gallons! It’s close to 120. Sorry, was confused there.
Hello reef-enthusiasts! I soon hope to get a six foot aquarium (INFINIA Frag 175.6) and I love tangs. I have never owned tangs but was hoping with this tank I could. I know some tangs can get as small as six inches and some can get...
Overnight, something went wrong with our aquarium heaters/controllers, and the temperature of the tank must have dropped. We don't know how low, or for how long... we just woke up to the controller beeping and an error message, and only one of the heating coils working. The temp was at 76.3...

Hello All,
I am looking to add a second tang to my 125G reef tank. I have a small BIOTA yellow tang currently that’s been with me for about four months. He’s been a great fish and been a model tank mate. I’ve always wanted a convict tang and was thinking of purchasing one to add to my tank...

I previously dosed lanthanum chloride (Phosphate Rx) into a 10 micron sock without issue. Two days ago I administered a half dose into my overflow which subsequently filtered by a 200 micron RedSea Reefmat. The next morning I woke up and found my Yellow Tang laying on its side on the sandbed...

So when when I left this morning I fed the tank as normal and everyone ate, there were no issues at all. I come back 2 hours later and I see that my yellow tang is swimming in one spot of the tank but it’s breathing hard and swimming really lethargic (which I don’t know if that would be a word...
I was waiting for my 20G to cycle and treat all my fish for ich, however when I got home I saw this little guys on the sand bed breathing very hard. So I made pace for him in a small nano I had. He’s been in for roughly 4 hours and the breathing has slowed down, I’ve seen him a little more...
I put in some nori today and noticed that my Yellow Tang did not pick away at it immediately like he normally does. I took a closer look and it looks skinnier than normal and I am fearful that the tang may be constipated. The pictures below show what looks like large bumps around the belly...
