water cloudy biocube

I am fairly certain this is a dumb question but here it goes. I did a water change yesterday evening, about 4 gallons. My water has still not cleared up. I'm going on vacation Saturday so I'd like everything to be ok before I leave. Temp and SG matched. Biocube 29. Thank you!!
