scarlet skunk shrimp

I can not find my Scarlet Skunk since about 10minutes after I added him to the tank(2wks ago)... I have a 20gal long with about 16-17gal living space and I check everyday and I still can't find him. I during the day and right before I lay down for the evening and I thought I'd at least see him...
