Long story short. One of my boxfish has been incredibly bloated for 2-3 weeks. He’s still eating, swimming, etc. I took him out tonight to get a better look at the anus, as I thought it had poop. But it’s just red and inflamed. I’ve been trying peas soaked with Epsom with no luck. Not sure...

Would love some help determining what this is on my wrasse and how to treat it. He’s in QT with others and noticed it once I got him into the tank last night. I’m thinking it’s a bacterial infection, but don’t have much experience. Raised bump, along with the white, which can be seen in the image.
