red worms

My microscope isn’t the best but do these look like large cell dinos and what is this microscopic red worm?

I have what looks like black growths on some of the rocks in my tank.. they are hard and grow on the corals as well.. is this something to worry about? Any idea what could cause it or how to get rid of it.. all levels are spot on.. nothing funky going on Atm.. you can’t see them at the bottom...
