I've been noticing this for a while, but today it seems to be almost overtaking the heads.
My first thought was to try to blow it away (that is why the colony looks that way.)
It doesn't budge.
I'm assuming I need to improve my flow in that general area but first... I need to figure out what...
I have no idea what these are, live rock is from Florida, they are randomly appearing everywhere. They start clear and some are taking on this red/pink tone
I observed this critter in one of my store tanks for about two months. I have unfortunately moved and never managed to get better photography so I'm afraid this will have to do. I'm just fascinated by them because I have not been able to ID them for months! I have collected a couple other posts...
Trying to figure out what is living in my Ricordia. I’m hoping the answer is harmless feather duster but want to make sure it’s not Aiptasia or some other horror lurking and waiting to ruin tank life. Thanks for your help!! Including pics and a video in case seeing movement is somehow helpful.

Can you help me ID these things;
that long tentacles;
those white spots on the glass (I think it’s hydroids);
these white hair on the live rocks;
that thing on the edge of the rock (I think it’s a pineapple sponge).
And can you tell me if they are bad or...
Appreciate the image isn’t the best but this is a reclusive little crab! He has been hiding out in some live rock and I’d like to know what he is before I decide if he goes in the main tank, the sump or go the LFS! I’m sure his little eyes looked red too if that makes any difference!

I was just doing my weekly water change when I noticed these eggs on my radions mounting arm. These eggs go out of the waterline and are about the half the size of a grain of rice. Any thoughts on what there from?
