I am obsessed with this hobby and figured this would be a great way to keep tracks of my progress as well as share all my trials and tribulations.
AIO Landen 26g 60p reef tank. 18mo into the hobby but I did move the tank into another room of my house 6 months ago...so basically started over...
I have a couple of issues which I'm not sure how to handle yet.
Case #1: Pink bird nest
I'm getting growth at the bottom but the issue is the two small algae spots on what seems to be areas where a branch was broken or fragged. (Top right)
Case #2: Gorgonian
Located 6" in front of the gyre...
Looking for frag of blueberry gorgonian. They used to be everywhere(10yrs ago) and now I can’t find them anywhere.
Also looking for a small Colorado sunburst nem
Thanks in advance!

Thank you
Hiya again,

I’m a PhD candidate in marine biology in China
I have prepared my first youtube for a while
But recently I'm busy designing a new small aquatic exploratorium (including a 1000 gallon NPS tank)

Hello, so I just got a gorg a day ago, sellers here don’t usually know the species unless they are from the caribbean. This is a seahorse tank with some nps gorgs already inhabiting it, but just would like to know the species to better cater to it. Lights are off to show the color better.
Hi! First post to my build thread. I’m converting a 30G waterbox rimless FW aquascape to an ultra low maintenance (ULM) nano reef. I will run the same filter slightly differently - Oase biomaster thermo 250. The goal is a bright tropical look with gorgonians, soft and LPS corals.
I enjoyed the...
Lets talk about gorgonians...
They're an underappreciated coral that can be very beautiful if highlighted in the right way. About a year and a half ago, I started seeing them pop up in my local stores and I started collecting (more like hoarding) all of them, at least the photosynthetic ones...
