fuzzy mushroom

Any theories on this? This fuzzy mushroom nem has been fine for like 2 years and then today it just randomly grew this bubble that looks like a Xenomorph, implanted itself inside. I have 5 of these and I’ve never seen this happen and it’s only happening to this one? I moved it a few inches away...
