filefish disease

My filefish has this sore that I noticed today on his back. He also seems to have sores on sides. I’ve had him about 3 weeks. Has been eating and swimming well, still doing fine. I’ve now put him in another compartment with air stone. Treat for ich or something else?

Good evening, I came back this evening to find my FileFish has developed Pop-Eye! Was okay yesterday... I believe its had a scuff with my Yellow Wrasse as i have known the Wrasse to be aggressive towards the Filefish when he enters his territory. I am in the process of cycling a Reefer 425xl...
