Is this brown jelly disease on my one Duncan coral? It wasn’t brown this morning, I came home and suddenly there was this brown stuff on it!

I’ve had a Duncan for a half a year is so now, and after a friend over feeding the tank a few things showed up. There appears to be something new growing on it, but it doesn’t look like a new Duncan head. Additionally, I think there is some sort of black bubble algae, should I just leave that...

First and foremost, my Duncan is closed because my shrimp decided to walk on it as I wanted to take a picture. Otherwise, no idea what this is growing on the base, I saw it before but it’s been getting bigger and bigger. It looks like some kind of worm so I’m a bit confused.
