daft question

Hi Had flat worm in the past and got rid of them by using a pipet….. Anyway got a new coral found a few flat worm removed via pipet but accidentally lost 2 in rock work….. will these die, reproduce within rock work instead of the torch or make their way back to some euphyillia? Thanks
