Are these Cerith snail eggs? They don’t seem to have the same egg structure as the pictures I see online.
Should I keep them, remove them from the tank, or let my tuxedo urchin graze over them?
Saw a bunch of these egg-like fellas wiggling on the top part of my cerith snail.
I just treated it like it was an invasive parasite; they easily came off the snail when I isolated it and blew some water over it.

I’ve had this Cerith snail since October - I thought I’d just gotten an ugly boy but over the last month or so his “protrusion” has gotten bigger, and today I just saw that it has a mantle/mouth that is opening? Could anyone help me out with an ID?
