    Bulkhead drilling

Drilled a 45mm hole for a 1 inch bulkhead and I’m noticing only now that so many things cater to 1/2 in and 3/4 in bulkheads. I’m not a fan of the idea of using a reducer, could I just fit a 3/4 in bulkhead into the 45mm hole?

    Return Line

Bought a return pump that has a 1” nozzle and drilled my tank glass for a 1” bulkhead. I don’t really know what to do next, I know I have to get a return line set up but for some reason I am finding it difficult to find a return line that screws into a 1” bulkhead. Am I misunderstanding something?

EMERGENCY Bulkhead leak - Need a fix!

Let the larger bulkhead dry and re tightened but it comes loose quite easily when the pipe moves. Should I attempt to seal it from the bottom with aquarium sealant? Should I replace the bulkhead completely with a schedule 80? If I go the latter route, would it be worth to remove the ball valves...

Are bulkheads required on an ATO bucket?

For my 25 gallon nano tank, I will have a 5 gallon Home Depot bucket to hold RODI water to feed my auto top off system. Bulkhead leak in 160 gallon

Hello friends, Last night during a water change we noticed a leak coming from the return tubing on our 160 gal mixed reef tank in our school. When we took a look, it was actually coming from the tank-bulkhead connection. We were able to wiggle it for it to stop leaking, but of course we want to...
