blue spot jawfish disease

I bought a Blue Spot Jawfish a few weeks ago. He’s been doing great, eating great, and seems very active, but I noticed a small lesion on his left side a couple days ago. I’m hoping it’s not the start of BSJ disease. It’s tough to see in the pictures, but I included them anyway in case it helps...
