app problems

Hi, I'm having trouble connecting a new GHL 2.1 to the wi-fi. I've already followed the instructions but it just keeps blinking blue and white intermittently. Have any of you had a similar experience and how did you resolve it?

Every time I try to log in I get the pic below telling me I am not logged in or I do not have permission I know I'm not logged in lol that's what I am trying to do lol
