I purchased an OG Bounce over last weekend from Arron and asked him to ship it out Tuesday for Wednesday. He provided the tracking number the day prior to shipping and shipped on Tuesday. As I followed the tracking on Wednesday morning, I noticed there were no recent updates coming through and the shipment was marked as “operational delay”.
I notified Arron of the issue and he immediately responded. He also advised me he would make the issue right no matter what happened. He contacted Fedex regarding the issue and eventually found out they made a mistake and never shipped it out. Arron drove back to FedEx, picked up the mushroom, brought it back home and repackaged it for shipment later that night.
This was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced or expected from a seller. I received my mushroom earlier today and it looks great. I would definitely place another order with him without hesitation. Thanks again!
